Be Part of the Global Story of Transformation.

My Dear Family,

As this year draws to a close, I am deeply grateful for what God has done through our partnership. Together, we have continued to steward the Life Model for global transformation — helping individuals, families, ministries, and organizations live more fully from the heart Jesus gave them.

In 2025, we witnessed several evelopments for greater impact:

• Our first wave of Life Model Ambassadors, who are independent trainers, are in the process of being launched to serve across the U.S. and beyond, sharing Life Model principles in churches, counseling centers, and mission organizations. We look forward to sharing more in the new year.

• Key resources were updated to reach new audiences. Check out our updated website for a user-friendly experience, and explore the new JoyQ 2.0, with capability to capture group assessments: joyq.org. The Peace app also has a new look with 47 languages and a downloadable brochure: lifemodelworks.org/resources/apps/passing-the-peace

• Training initiatives expanded especially in South America, where Claudia Hendricks is equipping new leaders. We are also creating a pilot Building Capacity course with Youth With a Mission (YWAM) that will shape discipleship schools around the world. Michael, Michel, and Dr. Wilder have trained many groups, as listed on the back of this letter.

As we look to the year ahead, our intention is to see the Life Model actively lived and multiplied in every sphere of society — through leaders who build communities of belonging, recovery, and transformation.

Dear Life Model Family,

Joy and peace to you through the specialness given to you by God through Jesus and growing within you by the Holy Spirit. Each day I see more clearly that God cares more about who we are becoming than what we accomplish. As we grow into the people he created us to be, we live out the life he always intended for us.

This year’s trials have challenged many of us, yet they’ve also invited us to strengthen bonds with the people God has placed around us. I’ ve noticed how hard it can be for those with relational circuits (RCs) turned off to recognize help. Instead of feeling supported, they often hear, “You’re bad,” and respond with, “You are

bad too, so own your stuff.” Without God’s perspective, these moments spiral into conflict or withdrawal.

Yet God, in His kindness, doesn’t see our shortcomings as failures. He sees us becoming—shaped by pressure, rooted in attachment, transformed by grace. I hope you’ll take time to reflect and share how God has been shaping you this year. We’d love to hear from you.
