Marlene Allen currently serves as the Executive Director of Life Model Works. She is an author, teacher, and licensed minister known for sparking joy and mentoring others. With decades of ministry experience, including 16 years in Southeast Asia, she is passionate about helping people discover the transforming power of Life Model practices. Geoff Holsclaw (PhD) is a pastor, professor, and author. He is the co-founder of the Center for Embodied Faith (embodiedfaith.life) and hosts of the Attaching to God podcast. Geoff and his wife, Cyd, are codirectors of the Doctor of Ministry in Spiritual Formation and Relational Neuroscience at Western Theological Seminary, and they coauthored Landscapes of the Soul: How the Science and Spirituality of Attachment Can Move You into Confident Faith, Courage, and Connection.

Cyd Holsclaw is a pastor, spiritual director, and trauma-informed coach who helps people build secure attachment with God through embodied practices. She co-hosts the Attaching to God podcast and is the co-author of Does God Really Like Me? and her newest book Landscapes of the Soul.

Dr. Jim Wilder has been training leaders and counselors for over 30 years on five continents. Jim has extensive clinical counseling experience and is the founder and chief neurotheologian of Life Model Works. Jim grew up in South America and is fluent in English and Spanish. He is the author of 20 books with a strong focus on maturity and relational skills. His co-authored book, Living from the Heart Jesus Gave You, has sold over 100,000 copies and is printed in 14 languages. Jim has published numerous articles and developed four sets of video and relational leadership trainings. He has served as a guest lecturer at Fuller Seminary, Biola, Talbot Seminary, St. John Vianney Theological Seminary, Montreat College, Tyndale Seminary, and elsewhere
