New Incoming Executive Director

Announcement from our Board of Directors

On behalf of the Life Model Works Board of Directors, I have the wonderful pleasure of announcing the selection of Marlene Allen as our next Executive Director. Marlene will join the Executive Team on June 1, 2023 and assume the Executive Director’s role and responsibilities on August 1st with Ray staying on her team until October 1st.

I’ve had the privilege of working on the board with Marlene for the last eighteen months and have experienced her joy, dedication, and intellect in profound ways. For those who don’t know Marlene, she’s outgoing, optimistic, and relationally builds bridges. She is the one with the biggest smile! Given her experience, education, and talents, Marlene is well qualified for this position of leadership. What delights me the most is that she is a genuine Life Model Works practitioner and advocate. It is who she is and what she does. Simply stated, Marlene is a gift from God—the right leader at the right time.

As we celebrate Marlene’s arrival, we also cherish Ray’s profound contributions to the LMW family and organization. When we asked Ray and Deborah to join us in the summer of 2020, they envisioned a three-year commitment. Having whole-heartedly fulfilled their service, they will be celebrated and thanked at TRANSFORM in September. Fortunately for all of us, Ray and Deborah will continue to remain active as LMW Ambassadors.
